The young man taking our order was very pleasant and forthcoming.
We stopped in for a quick lunch on our way back to Reno, NV.
My wife wanted to order the incredible burger, but we were informed that they could not make the burger as their broiler was down. Disappointed, my wife ordered a whopper junior and some mozzarella sticks and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich.
The dining area was dirty, as were the bathrooms.
When our number was called I picked up the tray and returned to our table only to discover that the marinara package was covered with dried marinara sauce. I brought it back up and another young man replaced it for me. -

One star fits. Rude staff there out of half there stuff and here I sit waiting for fries wile people get meals before me... yea I'm calling management tomorrow

The worst Burger King in this area. Every time I have gone to this location, they mess up your order. 90% of the time, your order is missing food. 8% of the time, they don't make it correctly especially if you have a food allergy. 2% of the time, they give your food away to someone else and then give you the cheaper order. This is the last time I will come to this location. I went back to get my missing food and I brought the receipt, just to have the manager on duty call me a liar to my face. She then pulled up the receipt on her end and found that I was correct on my order. Just because the drive-thru attendant messed up my order and we had to correct it at the window, does NOT make a customer a liar. They really need to retrain their employees on how to correctly bag and make the food at this location. The management can use a few customer service classes and how to properly handle a complaint so that they don't piss off their customers. So **WARNING** buyer beware and check your orders if you do purchase food from this location.
